Ben is a seasoned social work leader with over 17 years of experience in direct intervention, programme development, and organisational leadership within Singapore’s social service sector.
He previously served as a Family Service Centre Director and Programme Lead, overseeing teams and strengthening interventions for individuals and families facing relational distress and family violence concerns.
His contributions to Singapore’s coordinated family violence response were recognised with the Family Violence Dialogue Group (FVDG) Appreciation Awards in 2020 and 2022.
At FMS, Ben anchors the organisation’s practice framework, ensuring programmes are trauma-informed, accountability-focused, and aligned with professional standards while remaining accessible to men in the community.

Ismail Didih Ibrahim is an entrepreneur-turned community leader currently pursuing psychology at James Cook University. With a background in corporate communications, marketing, and management, he brings strategic leadership and systems thinking into the social impact space.
Following a significant personal and professional transition, Didih founded FMS to create structured, accountable spaces where men can confront aggression, build emotional resilience, and repair relationships. His leadership bridges lived experience, organisational discipline, and a long-term vision to build credible, sustainable community interventions for men in Singapore.
At FMS, Didih leads strategic direction, partnerships, governance, and organisational development—positioning the organisation for cross-sector collaboration and long-term impact.
