About Us

our vision

OUR MISSION

OUR MISSION

To build a culture where men are consistently part of prevention, protection and relational repair.

OUR MISSION

OUR MISSION

OUR MISSION

To build community-based ecosystems of support that engage boys and men early as part of the solution — cultivating accountable and compassionate male allies, preventing harm, strengthen mental wellbeing, foster healthy relationships, strengthen boys’ and men’s capacity to respond to stress and conflict in safe, regulated ways, and encourage timely support-seeking.

The FMS movement

Men are often taught strength — but not emotional regulation.

Leadership — but not accountability.

Endurance — but not repair.

FMS exists to change that.

We believe men can confront harm without shame, build resilience without violence, and take responsibility without losing dignity.

We are building structured spaces where men grow in emotional strength, relational integrity, and accountability — together. Because when men become better, families become safer.

And when families are safer, communities are stronger.

Meaning / Significance of the Name

“Fellowship of Men Singapore” reflects the organisation’s purpose of building a structured and supportive brotherhood of men committed to accountability, emotional resilience, and relational health within families and society.

The three figures in the FMS logo symbolise this collective commitment. Each figure represents one of the organisation’s core pillars:

  • Accountability — men taking responsibility for their actions and their impact.
  • Emotional Resilience — developing mental fortitude and emotional regulation.
  • Relational Health — strengthening families, partnerships, and community relationships.

Together, the three figures stand side by side, representing fellowship — not isolation — and the belief that men become better through shared growth and mutual responsibility.
